Scappoose Oregon is located just 19 miles north of downtown Portland off of Highway 30 and is a community starved for food options and a community that has been clamoring for a food cart presence for years. The city of Scappoose has ordinances that allow for food carts and food cart pods making sure the patrons and the community have a clean and safe place of operation in the city. To date, we are the only permanent food carts within city limits.
Our property houses 11 food carts with full hookups as well as a 2160sf tap house and dining hall. Our project has indoor and outdoor seating with outdoor firepits and lawn seating as well. We will have live music when possible indoors as well as outdoors weather permitting. There are many other activities that will provide entertainment for our patrons including, trivia night, cornhole league, karaoke league, board game night and more!
This 2/3 acre has a parking lot and street parking and is highly visible from Highway 30. The property sits adjacent to the highway and is easily accessible. This is great for the commuters swinging by to grab dinner for their families or settling in after work for a cold beverage and dinner. The pod is also located just across the highway from the Scappoose Highschool. The school has an open campus policy and would provide a steady lunch crowd.
